Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months unless you enquire about enrolment, in which case it forms part of your student record. Student records are retained for 3 years following programme completion. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised; individual records are not retained beyond 13 months.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Payment processing: card payment data is handled directly by our payment provider and not stored on our servers.
  • Course delivery tools: the platforms used to host course content may process data as sub-processors under appropriate data processing agreements.
