4. Enrolment and Accounts

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your student account. You must not share access to course materials with third parties.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Engage with course materials honestly and complete your own submitted work.
  • Treat fellow students and mentors with respect in community spaces.
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or resell course materials without written permission.
  • Not use our platform to transmit spam, malicious content, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Not attempt to access systems or course materials beyond your enrolment entitlement.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content — including written materials, video, datasets, and code examples — is the intellectual property of Synaptica or its licensed contributors. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access materials for the duration of your programme. This licence does not include the right to copy, distribute, or use materials in commercial contexts.

7. Payment Terms

  • All prices are stated in Thai Baht (฿).
  • Payment is due in full at the point of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer and major card payments.
  • Refund policy: a full refund is available if requested within 7 days of payment and before access to course materials has been granted. After materials have been accessed, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] with your request.

8. Course-Specific Terms

For educational programmes:

  • Programme access is for the enrolled student only and expires at the end of the programme period unless otherwise agreed.
  • Completion depends on the student's own engagement. Synaptica does not issue completion documentation that implies any external accreditation.
  • Mentored programme cohorts are capped. Enrolment is confirmed in order of payment receipt.
  • Session recordings may be shared within the enrolled cohort but not distributed externally.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided for general educational purposes. Synaptica does not guarantee specific outcomes, employment results, or professional qualifications arising from programme completion. Content accuracy is maintained to a reasonable standard but the field of AI development changes rapidly; some material may not reflect the most recent tooling updates between course revisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Synaptica's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Synaptica against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of course materials, or your infringement of any third-party right through your use of the Service.

12. Termination

Synaptica may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the refund policy above. Upon termination, your licence to access course materials ends immediately.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute will first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Phuket Province, Thailand.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the website or enrolled programme after an update constitutes acceptance. We will notify enrolled students of material changes by email.
